TRICEPT Informationssysteme AG has been an owner-managed company since its foundation in 2000. The first generational change took place in 2024, meaning that TRICEPT is now owned by the Hagener, Vösgen and Vösgen-Nordloh families.
Certfied Engineer (BA)
Marc Hagener
Marc Hagener studied Applied Computer Science at the vocational academy in Stuttgart (now Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University). He worked as an IT consultant for several years before founding his own management consultancy in 1996.
In 2000, he joined forces with Michael Vösgen and founded TRICEPT Informationssysteme AG. With Michael Vösgen’s retirement, the TRICEPT Executive Board was reorganised on 1 January 2024. Since then, Marc Hagener has been running the family business together with Vito Nordloh and Mark Vösgen.
He is responsible for the areas IT CONSULTING and Sports Digitalisation. Within the company, he is responsible for finance and controlling, contract management, compliance and data protection.
Marc Hagener is in charge of programme and project management for large-scale projects in the financial sector.
Business Computer Scientist (BSc)
Mark Vösgen
Mark Vösgen studied Business Computer Science at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University. He gained his first professional experience as an IT product owner at Robert Bosch GmbH. He joined TRICEPT in 2020 and is responsible for consulting services related to the RIMAGO GRC+ control solution. In 2023, Mark Vösgen joined the management team at TRICEPT.
With Michael Vösgen’s retirement, Mark joined Marc Hagener and Vito Nordloh on the Executive Board of TRICEPT Informationssysteme AG on 1 January 2024. Mark Vösgen is in charge of the HR and Marketing departments and, alongside providing consulting services for RIMAGO, is also responsible for customer management, training and roll-outs.
He is also a guest lecturer in Software Ergonomics at DHBW Stuttgart.
Computer Scientist (MSc)
Vito Nordloh
Vito Nordloh studied Computer Science at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main and then High-Performance Computing with Data Science at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. He has been working at TRICEPT in the IT Management department since 2020, where he is involved in the development of RIMAGO.
Vito Nordloh joined the management team at TRICEPT on 1 January 2023 and has since been responsible for development and operations. Following the retirement of his father-in-law Michael Vösgen, Vito Nordloh joined the Executive Board of TRICEPT Informationssysteme AG on 1 January 2024.
In additional to the technological development of the company and its operations, Vito Nordloh is responsible for the product development of the RIMAGO organisation and IT management tool.
