Whistleblower Protection Act

It is crucial to a company’s success that all stakeholders share the same values and align their actions with them in the same way. Conduct that is both ethical and compliant with regulations forms the indispensable foundation for the trust of our customers, business partners and employees, and thus for the long-term economic success of our company. Every single one of our employees – from trainees to senior management – bears the responsibility for making the right decisions and for not tolerating misconduct, either at TRICEPT Informationssysteme AG or amongst our business partners.

Particularly in the context of bribery and corruption, significant harm can be caused not only to a company and its employees, but to society as a whole. Employees and outsiders who report misconduct are often referred to in international parlance as whistleblowers. By submitting compliance reports, however, they demonstrate courage and integrity. Companies therefore have a duty to protect them appropriately. Whistleblowers must not suffer any disadvantages as a result of submitting compliance reports.

TRICEPT Informationssysteme AG expressly encourages employees and external parties to report any misconduct. In doing so, you are actively combating wrongdoing and protecting both employees and the company as a whole from harm.

Complaints regarding the quality of our products and services are not considered compliance reports. Please contact our customer service team for this purpose.

 
General Information

The Compliance Report Contact Form is available to all employees of TRICEPT Informationssysteme AG and also to external third parties (e.g. business partners, suppliers) for the purpose of reporting breaches of laws, TRICEPT guidelines or other relevant regulatory violations relating to TRICEPT Informationssysteme AG.

The principle applies that employees must not suffer any disadvantage as a result of making a report in a professional context. To ensure your report is dealt with effectively, the relevant compliance department will, where necessary, involve other departments required to investigate the matter.

For general complaints, e.g. regarding products or services of TRICEPT Informationssysteme AG, please contact the general contact address or support. As an employee of TRICEPT Informationssysteme AG, please also note that the Compliance Department should not be used for general interpersonal conflicts with colleagues or managers. In such cases, please contact your relevant HR department.

Please note that the Compliance section is not intended for reporting data protection breaches. For any concerns regarding data protection, please contact the Data Protection Officers.

The information you provide will be treated in strict confidence and will initially be forwarded not to the Board of Directors but to the independent internal reporting office. This office will then take the necessary further steps based on the information provided.
